After a less than stellar experience with one of the big banks (annoying in-branch appts at horrible times), my wife and I turned to Samantha.

Heck, even the lady at Scotiabank said that I'd get a better rate through a broker.... which we did.

Samantha was very knowledgeable and organized.

She was quick to get documentation across via email which was such a time saver.

The best part... from the time I was approved to the time the house closed, Samantha got us two interest rate decreases (your mortgage is going down again Ryan).

She came to our house to sign paperwork at 8pm on a Wednesday to accommodate our busy schedule and a sleeping toddler.
